Who I am
I'm a passionate and dedicated Learning Experience Designer who believes in creating engaging, effective and human-centered learning experiences using a wide range of multimedia tools. I have a professional certification in E-Learning Instructional Design from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and bring a combined 8 years of diverse experience in the world of learning faciliation, coaching and learning design.
My Process and Approach
The learner always comes first. Creating effective learning and training modules has to start with the learner so that I can provide the right information to the right people at the right time. Using an Agile approach to the ADDIE framework, I ensure that each learning experience is tailored to the unique needs of the audience.
This iterative process allows for adaptability, enabling me to refine content as I go, ensuring that the learner's evolving needs are met. The result? Engaging, relevant, and impactful learning experiences that stick.
